Porto Cervo Sardinia
June 5-9 2018
The Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta will return for its 10th year in June 2018 with another four days of exhilarating racing in the sparkling waters of Sardinia.
Timed to coincide with the start of the Mediterranean superyacht season, the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta attracts some of the world’s most notable sailing yachts. Numbers have grown year-on-year since its inception a decade ago and the racing event is now one of the most popular in the region.
Hosted by Boat International Media in conjunction with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (YCCS), the racing is set against the spectacular coastline of Sardinia. On land, meanwhile, a stunning clubhouse in Porto Cervo offers exclusive hospitality services.
In addition to the spectacular racing, there is a varied social programme. Events are expected to include welcome cocktails, after-race drinks, parties and, on the final evening of the regatta, a prize-giving ceremony.
To take in the action firsthand, charter a superyacht and join the other motor yachts following the racing, which are warmly welcomed by the event organisers.
