The largest brokerage deal of the year has occurred with the sale of Solandge, a Lürssen motor yacht. This 85.1 meter yacht received the La Belle Classe Superyachts’ award from the Monaco Yacht Club at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show. She also won ‘Best Exterior’ at the Monaco Yacht Show Awards and was a finalist at the 2014 ShowBoats Design Awards and World Superyacht Awards.

Featuring five guest cabins and one main VIP cabin (that can be converted in two separate cabins, plus one of the guest cabins can be converted into an office), an on-board spa, multiple pools including a private pool and outdoor seating area in the master suite, and a stunning on-board spa with sauna, steam room, massage room, and beauty salon. The main saloon area was designed by Eileen Rodriguez and features a floor-to-ceiling panel of backlit amethyst quartz, a large bar decked with amethyst and honey onyx and a massive dining table fitted under chandeliers dripping with amethyst and rose quartz. The atrium lobby that divides the yacht is dominated by a 15 meter lit sculpture that runs the entire height of the boat.

On the Espen Øino exterior noted for its complementary hard lines and soft shapes, there’s a nightclub deck with a DJ booth, an indoor and outdoor gym, a diving center, and tender garage.

Solandge was asking €155,000,000 with Moran Yacht & Ship.
